This policy explains what personal information A Head Solutions and Vital Spark Wellness ("we" or "us", run by Robert Celano on the Gold Coast, Queensland) collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Enquiries and bookings: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the type of session you are asking about, and anything you write in the message.
- Purchases: your name, email address and billing details are collected by our payment provider, Stripe, when you buy a course, voucher or product. We see your name, email, what you bought and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email list: your name and email address if you sign up for a free audio or newsletter, through MailerLite.
- Health and wellbeing information: if you tell us about your health, history or goals in an enquiry or session, that is sensitive information. We only collect it with your consent, to provide the service you asked for.
- Basic site statistics: see "Website statistics" below.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, run your session, deliver your course or send your order.
- To send the emails you asked for, such as a free audio, course updates or a welcome series. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep records for tax and accounting, and to understand which pages and posts are useful.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business:
- Stripe processes payments and issues receipts and invoices.
- MailerLite sends our emails and stores our mailing list.
- Our website host stores the site and the emails sent from the enquiry form.
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. By using the site or signing up you accept that your information may be handled by them under their own privacy terms.
Website statistics
We use a small, privacy-friendly counter that runs on our own server. It records which page was viewed, where the visitor came from (for example a link in a social post) and a once-a-day anonymous visitor code. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not keep your IP address. We use it only to see which pages and campaigns bring visitors. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, the counter does not record the visit.
Keeping your information safe
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires (for example, tax records), and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive details by email unless you need to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). Email robert@aheadsolutions.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when it was last changed.
