These terms apply to your use of aheadsolutions.com.au and to anything you buy from A Head Solutions and Vital Spark Wellness ("we" or "us", run by Robert Celano, Gold Coast, Queensland). By using the site or buying from us you agree to them.
Our services are complementary, not medical
Hypnotherapy, QHHT, energy healing, pulse therapy, meditation and the practices taught in our courses are complementary approaches to wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological care, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. No particular result is guaranteed and results differ from person to person. Please keep seeing your doctor or health professional, and tell us about any condition that could affect a session, including pregnancy, epilepsy, serious mental health conditions or a history of trauma. If you are unwell, please do not use hypnosis or meditation audio while driving or operating machinery.
Courses and digital products
- When you buy a course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning.
- Please do not share your login, copy, record, resell or publish course audio, video or written material.
- All content remains our intellectual property.
- Course audio is for relaxation and personal development. Do not listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Sessions
- Sessions are booked by enquiry. A booking is confirmed when we reply to you with a time and price.
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We will tell you the price before you book.
- Cancellation and rescheduling are covered on the Refunds and cancellations page.
Gift vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- A voucher can be used for a session, a pulse therapy visit or a course enrolment, as agreed with us when booking.
- The voucher is the emailed invoice or receipt PDF. The holder quotes the invoice number to redeem it. Keep it safe, because we cannot replace a voucher without the invoice number or proof of purchase.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.
Store products
Store items are supplied or made as described on the store page. Supplement details and test results are those published by the manufacturers. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Handmade items such as orgonite can vary slightly from photos.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in AUD. Prices may change, but the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill and that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and our total responsibility for any service or product is limited to the price you paid for it, or, where permitted, supplying it again. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Using this website
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access areas that are not meant for you. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you buy apply to your purchase.
